Aims:
The general aim of eTwinning project "Our local Pearls of Nature" is to know better the most important local nature place which is near to your school and to share your knowledge with your local society and partners abroad. The effects of our work will be strictly connected with ICT like: eBook and eMovie and will be done in English.

Plan: in our project we want to choose one of the most important nature object in the close area of the school. Then we will organize a trip there and collect some documentation as photographs, movie, interview. We will also find some information about this nature object in the local libraries. Finally we want to publish our result as e-book, e-movie, e-presentation, webpage and blog. We will share our results with local schools and societies.
Results: The particular results are:
- photographs of local reserve
- a film on youtube, schools webpage, schools facebook, eTwinnig
- an e-Book and e-Movie on: issuu.com, eTwinnig

Activities
Unit 1. Presentations. Activities to introduce students of two schools.
A.1. Couples on Internet: Through eTwinspace they introduce themselves (preferens, hobbies, etc)
Objectives:
Students will know each other and develop their imagination.
Learn to present themselves in an appropriate manner.
Begin to communicate in an interactive and fun.
Improve their knowledge and use of ICT and foreign language.
Description:
Step 1: Ask students:
- Write a short description of themselves and take photos with clues about their personality, hobbies and interests;
- Hang your profiles and photos on TwinSpace .
Step 2:
- Students from partner schools try to match each picture with your profile.
- At the end, students check their answers and discuss among themselves talking about themselves in a forum in the TwinSpace.
